Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
